Terms of Use
Version signup_terms_v1 · Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms apply every time you use Oddsline. Creating an account means you accept them, and the version above is the exact wording that was accepted on your account.
What Oddsline is
Oddsline provides sports analytics, statistical models, projections, betting-related information, and educational content for informational purposes only. It is a reading of public results, ratings and sportsbook prices, presented as probabilities.
No guarantee of accuracy
Oddsline does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, projection, Best Bet, confidence rating, model edge, sportsbook price, or other information displayed on the platform.
Sportsbook lines, odds, player availability, injuries, and other game information may change at any time, and what you see on the board may already differ from the price at your own book.
Risk
Sports betting involves financial risk, and you may lose some or all of the money you choose to wager. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
Not advice
Nothing provided by Oddsline should be considered financial, investment, legal, or professional gambling advice. Oddsline does not accept wagers and does not place bets on your behalf.
Your decisions are your own
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to place a wager, how much to wager, and which sportsbook or betting service to use.
Past performance
Past model performance does not guarantee future results. A published record describes games that have already finished, nothing more.
Limitation of liability
You agree that Oddsline and its operators are not responsible for losses resulting from wagers or decisions made using information provided by the platform.
Eligibility and local law
You must comply with all gambling laws and age requirements applicable in your location. If betting is restricted where you are, using the analytics does not make it permitted, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you.
Responsible gambling
Please gamble responsibly and never wager more than you can afford to lose. Our Responsible Gambling Policy sets out the limits and support options we expect every reader to use.
Changes to these terms
The wording above is versioned. When it changes materially the version identifier changes with it, so a stored acceptance always refers to the text that was on screen at the time. Continuing to use Oddsline after a new version is published means the current version applies.
